Dr Tahir is working as a Consultant in Health Protection with UKHSA England with over eighteen years of wide ranging experience in health protection experience. Key interest in BBV, has been leading on Viral Hepatitis in West Midlands for twelve years, providing system leadership and coordination of control activities with partners from public health perspective. Currently involved in HCV eliminations and Fast Track Cities initiative in Birmingham.
