Dr Rodger is a consultant in clinical infectious diseases/HIV and clinical director of public health at the Royal Free Hospital in London.

She has worked in these areas in the UK and also in resource poor settings. She is also a senior lecturer in infectious diseases and HIV at University College London.

Her main clinical interests are general infectious diseases, viral hepatitis co-infections and public health. Her research interests are in HIV transmission research and co-infections.
